New construction included a pre-engineered metal building for manufacturing, research & development, warehouse space. The Brivar and NLB R&D team coordinated extensively to design the testing, research, and quality control areas to support their in-house research. Included with the building was a two-story office area for NLB to support their in-house engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. The Brivar team program managed the layout of the manufacturing equipment, asset relocation/rigging process, and the equipment placement/electrical connection installation process.
