The new service center allows the company to store their vehicles in a garage, instead of outdoors. Attached to the service center is a conventional 30,000 square feet, two-story office space to support the financial and administrative services.

Brivar estimating team was successful in bidding on the project to Sidock Group and Presque Isle Electric & Gas. The Brivar team was engaged in the general contracting and design assist for the mechanical design. The new construction included a 100,000 square feet pre-engineered metal building for a warehouse, maintenance garage, vehicle storage, vehicle wash space.
